On the 21st of 2022, we were invited to a strategic meeting in the offices of Brussels Environment, in the presence of the Municipality of Anderlecht, a representative of the Maron cabinet and Urban.Brussels, in order to discuss the progress and blockages of the grouped energy renovation project. The most important points remain the terms of the permit: Group permit or case by case? Permit to be granted by the Commune or by the Region? Markers for exterior renovation? How to deal with existing infringements?
