Here is what we would like to carry out in a nutshell
Wave #1
Carry out a first energy renovation group project with neighbours who have already decided to undertake a complete energy renovation of their house.
We will start looking at costs, technical aspects, energy savings for the different energy renovation options.
Together with an architect, we will start to develop the first modular elements (“type A facade…”) with more detail.
We will start the process for the collective/standard permit, and for the financing arrangements.
Finally, we will start renovating and inviting interested neighbours to visit the construction sites, discuss the experiences made, compare prices and results, and prepare the ground for Wave #2!
Wave #2
Carry out a second renovation project, with neighbours who may have been convinced by the results of wave #1.
Wave #3 and following ones
… and we continue until we renovate the whole neighbourhood.
